Delivery note: As a small family business we pride ourselves on a prompt dispatch on your order, however the Royal Mail is a third party delivery service which often occurs delays due to staff shortages, strikes and bank holidays which is sadly entirely outside of our control. Most of our orders arrive within 72hrs of dispatch. If your order is placed on a weekend, even though we have dispatched it, it will not be processed by the Royal Mail until the next working day. We must therefore wait 11 working days (Monday - Friday’s only) before we may report an item as lost in the post.
