We therefore try our best to source clothing that is either a one-size-fits-all for convenience to our customers or a UK10 where sizes "M" are given.

Returns: Unlike major fashion retailers, we cannot cover the cost of return postage should you change your mind, nor provide a refund for any clothing item which has been used, worn, damaged or has perfume or body odour on it.

Packaging note: All of our orders are delivered in eco-friendly sugar cane bags or recycled card box packaging, with recycled and reused paper and bubblewrap within and ink-free postage labels. We kindly encourage you to please reuse and recycle all of these materials wherever possible.

Delivery note: As a small family business we pride ourselves on a prompt dispatch on your order, however the Royal Mail is a third party delivery service which often occurs delays due to staff shortages, strikes and bank holidays which is sadly entirely outside of our control. Most of our orders arrive within 72hrs of dispatch. If your order is placed on a weekend, even though we have dispatched it, it will not be processed by the Royal Mail until the next working day. We must therefore wait 11 working days (Monday - Friday’s only) before we may report an item as lost in the post. If your order has been delayed for 11 working days beyond the expected delivery date please contact us and we can inform you of the known delay time to services in your area.
